I've walked past this place so many times not realising there was a cafe behind the anonymous door. Always busy, but the staff attend to you quickly. We got a table near the bar and watched as the specialist coffees were prepared. Get the right bean, choose the appropriate coffee making process, serve on special trays that include cards describing the taste, quite something. Everyone's food arrived in good time, was distinctive and very much enjoyed.
The cafe is found between the RMIT and Melbourne Universities and I suspect the staff and customers mainly hail from one of those places. The place is spacious; I particularly like the indoor bike rack.
