Having stopped in Degraves Lane in my previous tour to Melbourne, I had to return here to try out some of the other places in this little piece of heaven. This time around I stopped in at Cafe Andiamo for a last meal in Melbourne. And what I had was not a disappointment.
Although i'd come specifically to have something Italian, I couldn't resist trying out their steak. It was cooked just the way I like it, and the side of fries and salad that accompanied it were ample in their portion size. The sauce was flavourful and steak perfect. My friends enjoyed the parpadelle with chicken, and antipasto platter.
Service was efficient and pleasant, although not being able to split the bill was a minor annoyance, it wasn't enough to spoil what was a very enjoyable meal.
