We stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor. Place was easy to find and the staff well very friendly and great to deal with. It was one of only close to the CBD that 'secures' a carpark with your booking ahead of time without having to worry about first in best dress. Price wasn't too bad either for it too.
It is close to the tram stop making it easy to get into town. Also a IGA down the road which is handy as this place had a small kitchenette that you can use.

The only down fall is the bed, it was very firm and not the best sleep I have had in a while. Got a bit of a sore back at the end of it. And the noise that comes from the rooms above, you could hear people walking around and coming and going etc.

And I love how it is just a shower too, not a shower and bath in one but only problem was when you had a shower, water was going everywhere as there wasn't any seals on the glass door to stop it from going out so was flooding the room a bit.

I would stay here again if I was to drive back over there but if not, CBD is easier without the car.

Has low rates, which do come with a compromise on service (eg room service from an external provider, and dishes are washed but not put away). Overall it has an apartment feel, and rooms are spacious and modern with a balcony. The gym is one of the best that I have found in a hotel and group fitness sessions and personal training are available. If you get a chance to be upgraded to the larger apartments next door (which has happened once) they are amazing!

The location was fantastic, close to public transport. Studio apartment was quite roomy, with modern furnishings & clean throughout. Bed was very comfy & all up it was a very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Would certainly stay there again.....

Was clean, comfortable and close to transport! Had a great stay, will definitely be back! Single beds should not have been put together to make a king size as we found we rolled in to the middle at night, otherwise the beds were very comfortable!

Nice new 4 star hotel in Melbourne. In between St Kilda and the city. Excellent transport connections (close tram stops). Very close to the Alfred hospital. Would recommend for those who are wanting to experience Melbourne and won't spend a lot of time in their room (no views). Booked through the Entertainment Book and got a really good rate.

I booked and paid for 3 people thru Orbitz, and thank goodness took my printout. They wanted to charge for extra person, but did not. Hotel clean and comfortable beds. Staff was excellent! Was able to park on street for free.
