I went on this with a bunch of girlfriends last weekend and had the best time! Perfect balance of learning about the wines and enjoying a day out with a small group of like minded people. Beautiful views and our friendly guide Lee made for a very enjoyable and relaxing day.

Me and a few friends went on the Yarra Valley winery day tour - it was nothing short of FANTASTIC. With an early start we were able to go to 4 different wineries, a chocolate factory and ice-creamery. And to my surprise were offered quite a few tastings at each one (including chocolate). We also went to a Melbourne Brewery called White Rabbit brewery, they do ciders and beers and this was probably the favourite part of my day and totally unexpected. Lunch was included, and was at a really nice restaurant with lots of choice for meals. The bus was great as well, and actually had tables down the back. All in all a great day full of wine and good food! :)

We had three days in Melbourne, so I booked two separate one-day tours with Autopia -- Great Ocean Road and Philip Island. In addition to the discounted price for booking two tours, we got free passes to the SkyDeck and the Edge. So we did that the first day, then went on the two driving tours. Their customer service was great; I messed up the payment and didn't get the discount at first, but a quick email to CS and they straightened it all out. The Sky Deck was a good way to see around the whole city. The Edge was disappointing; not really edgy at all, but it was free so we didn't mind.

The Great Ocean Road tour was lots of beautiful scenery. Well worth the drive. The bus has the disadvantage of having very high back seats, so if you're not in a window seat all you can see is the seat in front of you, We stopped at a nice cafe for lunch (tasty pizza). It was lots of getting on and off the bus for short stops, but the views were gorgeous.

The Philip Island tour included a stop at a wildlife park, which was our first chance to see koalas, wallabies and kangaroos, and other animals. Then some scenic stops, and finally the Penguin Parade. It was cool to see all the little penguins march up out of the water towards their burrows, but there were a lot of people and not much front row space, so even though we had paid up for the Penguin Plus seating, we still couldn't see them until we went and stood along the boardwalk, which anyone could do (Penguin Plus or not).

Both guides were knowledgeable, kept to a good schedule, and were personable.

I went on a tour with Autopia and it was a great day! Everything was arranged very good. Nice lunch and enough time everywhere to see it and take pictures. The guide, Neil, was a really good guy that brought his love for the job over to the passengers. He knew a lot about history and background of the sites and was really approachable for questions or jokes. The 12 apostles were stunning! The highlight of my day.....and the koala's of course. Its a great memory forever....thanks very much Autopia! I def recommend it to anyone that want to see a bit more around Melbourne.

i went to penguin parade with my family on august 2013. They brought us to many beautiful places in melbourne. The tour' schedule was so flexible because the driver offered us to make some choice about the destination, and the tour guide knows which is the best spot to see penguin. Overall, we satisfied with the service even though a little bit expensive. Cheers!
