Definitely worth the price!! The company offers hotel pickup option from nearly every location around Melbourne, Our tour guide Issac was funny, easy going, knowledgeable and offered an overall awesome experience!! The tour itself offered great scenic views of the coastline with stops in quaint little towns, and many lookout locations. Also with wild koala walk, with options of feeding wild tropical birds. Tea and lunch is included in the tour. The meal was good with various options, vegetarian included. Tea time was pleasant as Issac works hard to avoid overly packed tourist areas while still offering the best spots along the great ocean road. There is a rainforest walk which was very interesting and worth the walk. Be sure to dress in layers and bring along clothes for both rain and cold weather as the weather is subject to change through various times of the day. There is plenty of time at each stop along the way to get pictures in as well as see the various sites.

Our tour guide (Lee) and itinerary were great despite some unseasonably bad weather. Pick-up and drop-off were on time and at our hotel. Penguins were wonderful.
Let down slightly by the bus which was a bit cramped with small seats.

It was my first time in Melbourne and I can said I had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I just enjoyed my tours (Great Ocean Road & Phillip Island). Excelente service responding to answers via email, pick up was on time, the tour guys (Rhys and John) were so helpful and friendly and the idea to have WiFi in the bus it's great. Having a group of 24 persons it's okay because you can interact with different cultures and make friends. AMAZING view from The Great Ocean Road and WONDERFUL experience the Penguin Parade.

phillip island penguin tour..what a special experience....panny's chocolate factory was just the best whether you are a kid or just a "kid at heart". A definite must see... lots to see and do ...the koala park ...wine tasting...excellent value for money.....bec & kb (Qld), ken(Melb), ky (syd), we live in 3 different states
we all really enjoyed our tour...what a champion Travis is....
last year we lost our other daughter (becky) to cancer...so when we get together its so special and yet incredibly sad....we need people who know their stuff...make our day stress free and the guys and gals from Go West certainly did that.
thank you travis kate and jackie and the rest of the crew
cheers Rebecca Jones
ps travis is one hell of a cook (lol)

Pick up was on time. Phone contact pleasant. Small mini bus seats a bit uncomfortable and squashed, but a better option for me than a large coach. The guide, Penguin Parade, stop at San Remo, and Panny's Chocolate Factory were great. They provided a very nice afternoon tea. On problem....the normal winery they stop at is closed for renovations. They took us to one called Grundles or something like that. They used the one glass for the white, rose and red wine. Never seen that done before! The woman in charge was rude and sour. A few people on the coach complained to the driver about her. He said something about family illness. Lots of people (probably some on the coach) have recent deaths and illness in the family. Fine. We all at some point have to go to work with a death or illness in the family and most of us still behave professionally. Go West need to find another winery to take people to until their normal one opens back up.

Thanks very much for your review. While we're pleased that all other aspects of the tour experience were "great", we're disappointed that the winery we are using while our normal destination is closed to renovations has let us down on this occasion. This feedback has been passed on to the winery. Unfortunately, finding another quality winery in the Phillip Island region is not a simple matter. However, we're pleased to report that our regular destination will be open again very soon so normal service will be resumed. Thanks again for your review!
