Enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and helpful.Location is fantastic for getting around Melbourne.
We were particularly impressed that gluten free bread was available with a toaster specifically allocated for gluten free at breakfast. With breakfast included felt good value for money.
Room clean and neat, king bed comfortable giving good nights rest.

Great value for money, hotel room was really clean and comfortable plus a really good continental breakfast. Good location close to CBD, Flinders Street station and tram stops. We have booked to stay again in October.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was superb with most things were walking distance away. The laneway is mostly closed on the weekend so dont expect to get up early for breakfast there! When places were open they were very good - bagels, coffee etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, great bathroom, firm and comfy bed. My husband's only complaint was that he couldnt see the sky from the windows as they are deep set and the next building is close by. The included breakfast is very basic - boxed cereals and toast, some melon, yoghurt etc, even some salami and cheese to make the toast more substantial. Plenty to keep you going if you want to save some money. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay there again,

This hotel represents excellent value for money. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast plentiful. It is a superb location right in the CBD and close to all the main attractions including Flinders Street station. For $130 per night (including breakfast) you would be hard pressed to find better value in Melbourne.

Make sure you llok a tthe building numbers in the street otherwise hard to find - it is halfway down the lane way.

For $135 per night for a two night stay, you can't go wrong. The twin beds were average to sleep on - so pay a bit extra for a queen.

The rooms are very clean and have a great bathroom with a bath, robe and all you soaps & lotions that you get in a five star deal.

The price also included a continental breakkie which was more than adequate.

Grab a bottle of red from the Foodland in Elizabeth street and go & visit Monty at the Spice Room in the laneway - fantastic food and all for a $10 a meal.

Good budget hotel............

Room Tip: You are in the CBD so expect some night time activity with rubbish & deliveries.............

I went to Melbourne for a girls' weekend with my sister and cousin and stayed in a triple deluxe room. This included 3 single beds. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel was in a great location. The service was great and checking in and checking out went smoothly. We were close to the Bourke Street mall and Federation Square.

Just be aware that there is no hairdryer in this room and our room type had a bathroom that was handicap friendly so you need to make sure you don't get the water all over the entire bathroom floor from the shower.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Would recommend it.

Room Tip: Try and get a room away from the lifts.
