Have stayed at this Quest a few times over the past few years, unfortunately this time the food I had ordered from their room service was the worst I've ever had. The food was luke warm, and tasteless, and the following day I felt unwell. Staff in the hotel were nice as always, but got no help or apology from their selected food delivery company. Will try elsewhere next time.
George.

Went here as it was close to a show that we had booked. Stayed in a studio twin room and the room was very compact and comfortable. There were two televisions (one each end of the room as the bathroom seperated the two bedding areas) but they were quite small, they did however have fox and other pay type channels. When we arrived the lass at reception was very friendly and assisted us with our carparking [pre-booked] and also assisted with taxi arrangements. There is a rooftop garden area and this was a lovely area to unwind and just enjoy the views.

Good location. Difficult for parking. Service by counter staff member was brilliant. Room well appointed, smallish but very clean and effective as a studio room. We do recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We stayed for one night in a studio apartment as we were attending a concert at the Corner Hotel in Richmond. We paid extra for a carpark. Upon arrival, I went to find out the instructions for parking while my husband waited with the car. I was given a remote for the garage door, which didn't work. I took it back and was given another remote which didn't work either. The girl on reception could see us struggling on their surveillance cameras and came out to open it manually, which didn't work either. We ended up just parking in the driveway outside the garage. The next morning there was a car on the driveway outside each garage door, so I can only assume that none of the doors worked. Check in was easy and the staff were as helpful as they could be.

Our room was right at the end on the 2nd floor. There was a comfy bed, a nice little sitting area, kitchenette, and teeny tiny bathroom which looked like it had just been a last minute addition. It reminded me very much of a built-in robe, next to the bed, complete with sliding glass door. There was lots of mould in the shower. Although there was lots of traffic around, the room was pretty well sound-proofed, and there was a pleasant view from the windows. It was ok for the 2 of us for one night, but I wouldn't be able to spend a long time there.

We booked a Studio Suite for one night to attend a friends 50 Birthday that was being held at a venue within walking distance. Arrived around 7pm and the friendly girl on reception was expecting us, checkin was fast and efficient.

We were upgraded to a Studio Twin Suite as our category of room had been sold out, which was a nice surprise. Room was clean and comfortable and as depicted on the website photos. Aircon was quiet and efficient and we were in a room not facing a road so it was very quiet.

We were woken about 2.30 am by noisy returning guests, not hotels fault of course but why are people so inconsiderate?

Should mention TV which was mounted in one corner of the room was about the size of a computer screen. Pillows were rubbish and need replacing badly but the bed linen was good quality.

The cleaning staff need to close over the sliding door when they clean the bathroom as the runner which forms the shower wall was really grotty, but they obviously dont see this as they clean with the door open. The rest of the bathroom was spotless.

Nice kitchen with everything you would need to self cater.

Parking is limited and was sold out but we were able to park out the front in Wellington Parade until 9.30am the next morning.

Would recommend.

Booked a room for 5 people and paid an extra $30 for the sofa bed to be made up. Worst sofa bed ever! And they only gave the sofa bed sheets despite them saying it would be made ( no need for bedding) when we asked the lady said she could only find one blanket and gave us one thin blanket with sone small holes in it!! Pathetic!
Our main issue was cleanliness. The bathroom had MOULDEVERYWHERE!! Really gross. The cups had some weird red spots on them. Doona had gross yellow stains on them.only given only pillow each and no extra bedding in the whole room. Shower splashed terribly into the rest of the bathroom (Wetroom theory doesn't work so great when everyone has to get changed and stuff in there!) rooftop terrace thing was nice. Rooms also had water damage on the roof. Overall looks pleasant and modern initially (like pics) but maintenance and cleaning a huge issue here! Pay extra and stay somewhere else or pay less and save your money!!

Recently stayed here - location is fantastic. Sporting venues - MCG, Rod Laver etc all within walking distance. 5 minutes walk to Bridge Road - awesome shopping, restaurants.
Rooms although on the small size are fully equipped - cooking facilities etc. My only complaint was that our pillows where ridiculously thin but other than that room was clean and well presented.
