My husband and I went here on our honeymoon. I ordered the mussel entree ($15 for approx 15mussels) in some kind of white wine sauce. 8 of the mussels were served with the beards in tact.
When I told the waiter he returned with the chefs feedback that some mussels just come with beards.... That is absolute rubbish! I'm no chef but I have cooked mussels in the past and I know they need to be debearded before cooking!
Overall, an overpriced, wannabe fine dining experience where a backchatty chef does not appreciate customer feedback!
