How can you thank someone enough for having a day of fun food and laughter.Scottie was an amazing host and tour guide, his knowledge of not only Bruny Island but Tasmania was vast and informative. Food was delicous in every way, and copious amounts of it along with interesting commentary and teaching us all something new, expanding our education in a various food industries. The Island of Beauty, Rich and Rare as the Anthem tells us, and never a truer word could be said of this magnificent part of Tasmania. Do not miss seeing this Island, especially for those who love to walk and wander, it is a must. But for those who like me do a tour then Bruny Island Safaris is the ONLY way to go. Scottie we had the best day of our Tassie holiday with you, I have not laughed so much on any other tour I have ever done. Fun, Fun, Fun. I loved the day and will not forget it in a hurry.

Thanks Scotty for a fabulous day on Bruny, you made our day, with your sense of "fun".
The great tastes of cheeses, oysters, berries, our visit to the 'chocolatier" and the delicious lunch, views to die for and loads of informative information along the way, what more could you ask for in a day out in Tassie.
It was the highlight of my six day Tasmania experience, highly recommended!!

We had a great day out on Bruni Island with our charismatic tour guide Scotty, who seemed to know just about everyone we ran into. The tour was well organised and interesting, the food was excellent and we were picked up and returned to our doorstep. A highlight of the day for me was the visit to the chocolate maker, which was fascinating not to mention tasty! Highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in food or the history of the area.

We came to Tassie on our honeymoon and did this tour during the trip. It was a great tour! We had a fabulous time! We were picked up from our door and taken to Bruny then returned at the end of the tour. It made travel hassle free and really easy. The day was well planned and we didn't feel rushed or bored. It was just the right pace. The quality of the food stops selected was very impressive - freshly shucked oysters, hand made chocolates and tasty cheese. Our guide Scotty was charming, friendly and generous. He knew everyone we passed or met along the way, which made the tour feel really natural and welcome, not at all invasive or awkward. We had a local person showing us the sites and introducing us to some of his mates. It was a privilege and a pleasure. Many thanks!! We had a fabulous time!

We had an awesome day out with Scotty as the weather was perfect. We wanted a small group and bus with the opportunity to see and eat our way around the island. Scotty took us on a complimentary detour to Battery Point while waiting to pick up a couple from a cruise ship as well. Scotty was friendly, informative and entertaining which makes for a great host and meeting new people in the group was really fun.

Bruny Island had some really breathtaking scenic spots and wallaby spotting was fun too although we didn't get to see the white wallaby. Historical tales and great information about the island made the tour more intriguing. As for eating our way around the island, we were not short of berries, cheese, wine, fresh oysters and gourmet chocolate. The fresh oysters were absolutely good and Giovanni's chocolates are a must try.
