“Unknown gem”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

I recently visited the martine museum and found the places overwhelming with infomation about our past history that I knew nothing about. It is a real shame that this place is not been given enough support by the tourism burau. It is gem worth having look at. There are so many little places in ther city not known about. Always ask ther locals about old places to go and look at and look around for other brouchurs foe little known historical places.Do not ask the useless tourism buera .

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

This is a small and lovingly cared for museum, well worth the small entry fee. Even if you're not very nautically inclined you'll find it interesting. You can visit quickly, taking things in at surface level, or spend a couple of hours delving into the history with the informative and friendly staff.
