Lovely big house in Sandy Bay, a very steep road leading up to it.
Coralie greeted us and showed us around, we had the studio room which looks like a converted garage, very well done though.
Nice comfy bed, small cooking area with hob, oven, microwave and all pots and pans but limited food prep area.
Washing machine in the bathroom was very handy.
Great view over Hobart harbour.
Lots of foodstuff provided...cheese, milk, eggs, orange juice in fridge. Breakfast cereals, breads, biscuits, chocolate and a lovely bottle of wine. We drove to the supermarket about 5 mins away.
Large TV with netflix.
No guest parking on drive as it is very steep but the street parking was fine with steps up to the rooms.
Around 1 hour's walk from central Hobart (we walked both ways) but buses seemed pretty regular just need to walk down (and back up!) that steep hill to catch one.
Great stay we would stay again
Amazing place to stay great location! Room had everything you needed they went above and beyond for us. The beds were super comfy and warm. Would stay here again
2 couples booked the adjoining accommodation which was fantastic. We had the bigger area with a separate bedroom, en suite and lounge area which included a kitchenette. Next door our friends had one large room including the bed and kitchenette and an en suite. Both were very comfortable and fitted out so that you had all that you needed. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful with local eating places etc. The added pleasure was the view out across the bay. It was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed the 5 nights we spent there.
