We had a wonderful lunch. The drive was worth it and just love the Pond to Paddock. Thank you and I can certainly recommend to put this on your foodie tour.

Well worth the drive to Marron Cafe. The staff where very welcoming and accommodating. We ordered the platter for two and where very pleasantly surprised with the amount of food we received. The platter was supplied with fresh fuit, pitta bread and three different types of sauce along with prawns, scallops, cooked marron and un cooked marron. The food was to die for.
I highly recommend Marron cafe to all!!

“Yum! Worth the Drive”
Reviewed August 30, 2013 via mobile

Yum yum yum.

Glad we made the drive out. Prices were a little more expensive than I expected, but on saying that, it was hands down the nicest meal that we had on the island.

Lovely service and interesting looking at the tanks whilst we waited for lunch.

Will be taking advantage of the Marron postage to home too!!

“Come Here!”
Reviewed August 9, 2013

We went to the Marron Cafe with a few of trepidations. We had tried a number of restaurants on KI and found that we were getting a lot of deep fried fare. We were desperate for something fresher. The Marron Cafe delivered, and how.
Marrons are the local crayfish and they raise them there. Along with their own wines, you get Marron in a dozen different ways, none of them deep fried. We had a platter that was filled with fresh salad, fruit, scallops, shrimps and marron. It was fabulous. If you eat nowhere else on KI, eat here.
