Today, 14 july 2018, i booked my stay here at south terrace motel (sage hotels) i was allicated room 11. Whilst i work in this profession i found the room quite unprofessional and dirty. When i first walked in it looked nice and advertising, as i entered the bathroom there were hair over the sink and in the bath. The towels looked like they had been used and roughly folded back on the towel rack. The bath had yellow stains throughout it, and cup marks on the benches, not to mention the blinds having brown dried up liquid splatted all over it. Honestly, i would not recomend this to any friends or relitives and i will not stay here in the future. Thank you for our stay as it beats sleeping in my small car, but thats about it.

Room is clean but extremely basic. The floors have some concerning stains. The biggest issue was that is was so cold. The reverse cycle couldnt keep up at all and the 'blankets' on the bed were more like sheets with aspirations. Even with the extra ls from the cupboard we were shivering all night. The wifi was unusable - kept cutting out all night It was relatively chea and acceptable if you're desperate but bring your own extra bedding if you can.

It’s good choice for budget travelers. Motel is on the South terrace close to the Himeji garden. You can get to the Victoria sq. for 10 minutes by walk. The way to bus station requires about 15 minutes, to the railway station - 20-25. The price is reasonable for Australia and Adelaide. Yes, the room is modest. Very modest. But if you’re eager of big comfort and luxury you can pay for the room in SAGE hotel just close to the motel. By the way the reception of the motel and hotel is the same. It’s possible to choose.

This was a very nice location only a short walk to the tram....The room was a comfortable size and there was cheap parking....it was probably over priced for what you get, but we did stay during Fringe.

1980s style Multi level hotel / motel. Clean, good average condition, with decor a little dated but well maintained. Beds comfortable and rooms quite spacious. Tariff was middle / lower range.

Located opposite the South Terrace gardens, there's plenty of easy walks there and quite beautiful area, although not many rooms have a view. It's very close to a number of good takeaways, restaurants and lovely hotels for an easy meal.

Located within the "free tram" central district, you can catch a tram for no charge from the nearby corner right into the city centre to do your tourist walk or shopping in Rundle Mall. Leave you car at the hotel.

Parking is outdoors and the area is open for the public to use during the day, so there's a $5.00 per day charge.

An outdoor pool was clean and the adjacent outdoor area clean but not very welcoming.

Overall a handy located hotel for a moderate tariff for the economy focused traveler.
