Thin based wood fired pizza with fresh flavoured toppings - lamb with mint fetta pistachio & yoghurt is a real winner and the vego options are delicious.
Fantastic locally produced wines on the list!

we were walking waymouth street looking for somewhere to eat and have a decent glass of wine.. barrio uno delivered on both fronts, great wine and fab pizza plus other treats to share.
we arrived earlyish and things were quiet, the staff were quick to welcome us and make us feel comfy, water wine and snack of olives and hot flat garlic bread from the wood oven quickly came...we then shared a selection of great pizzas some of the best i have ever tried anywhere,,,truly delicious and interesting flavours.. we thought the thin bases and crispy texture were a real winner...i recommend the lamb one and the olive chilli anchovy one these were crackers.//the wine we had was unusual and affordable, in fact there were lots to try and we did... our only criticism was it got pretty noisy as more people poured in and the music got louder...it seemed a pretty popular spot for younger ones to drop in and have a drink and share a pizza...we would like to try it again and next time have the dessert pizza.

Needing somewhere cheap and cheerful on a Saturday evening, we found this pizza place just around the corner from our hotel. Unlike most other places we passed, it wasn't offering deafening music or surrounded by a crowd of smokers so we walked in and were served straight away. People were very friendly and attentive. Water was brought immediately and wine (a good sparkling Shiraz) followed soon after. The pizzas however took an age to arrive (apologies were offered for the delay) and though we could see that they were genuinely home made and cooked in a word-fired oven they were no better than OK in the eating.
