North Adelaide on the main strip. Bustling and busy on a warm holiday evening. Catered well for our family's unbooked arrival. Cheerful and helpful staff.
Food was appropriate for price-bracket ... mid-range.
Pad Thai was pretty ordinary, but the rest was good.

Our family of five had a lovely meal here. It was crowded and most tables were reserved, but they squeezed us in cheerfully. Our appetizers of fish cakes, spring rolls and prawn salads were delicious, and the prawns were beautifully presented. Our mains were good sized portions and were devoured very quickly. The pad Thai was uninspired, but the larp gai and the chilli fish were really great. There is nothing pretentious about the place (and it could probably use some upscaling) but the food is well worth the trip.

I like Thai and this certainly was good. We had a number of dishes shared on the table. They were very authentic with the exception of the chilli basil stir fry which I think they had tried to tone down and lost it. Serving size was good. Menu I thought was great. It did feel a little like a work in progress as they had desserts coming soon, service didn't seem to quite be there, but for quality and price I can forgive all that, I'd go back.

We dined here recently for dinner on a Friday night. We had made a booking for 2 people, upon arrival we were shown to a table that abutted the bar so our backs were to the restaurant and we were facing a large support beam and the bar. Not a great start. Asked to be moved to one of the empty tables around us but were told no, this is reserved for you. We understand you have reserved this table for us but we don't like this table, could we move to one of the empty tables. Again, told no, this table is for you. Reluctantly sat down and it was an odd meal to sit with your back to the whole restaurant, may as well have ordered take away and sat at home to eat it.

Ordered fried rice with chicken which had minimal chicken in it. I had to pick through to find the chicken. Dish was very bland. Also had green curry. Serving size was small compared to other restaurants and taste just wasn't quite right.

There were 5 staff constantly at the counter however we had to wait for our order to be taken, go up to ask for water as they filled up our tiny cups but never came back to refill them unless we asked. Requested the bill and advised them we had an Entertainment Book voucher. The waitress disappeared and came back about 10 minutes later with our bill. They hadn't given the EB discount. Back she went to recalculate the bill and finally we were on our way. Oh and those empty tables we were told we couldn't sit at remained empty the WHOLE time we were there.

While we were waiting for our bill a customer came into collect their take away order only to find the staff had left it sitting on the counter for 20 minutes although she had requested it not be ready until a certain time (she arrived before this time so it shouldn't have been sitting there at all). Staff just stared at her blankly when she queried why the food had been left sitting out for so long.

This is a cute little restaurant however the food isn't anything special, the staff really lack any customer service skills, our seating was atrocious and I wouldn't go back there.

we ordered 1 red duck curry and 1 green curry and 2 red curries came out. all of us were sure we ordered 1 green curry but the waitress was rude and insisted that she had repeated the order and we ordered 2 red curries. she simply wont exchange it until we asked the manager to come out. the curry was exchanged to green one but the beef tasted horrible, seems like they just used the beef from the original red curry and pour green curry over it. the beef was obviously overcooked. when we told the manager the girl shouldnt be accusing the customer this way as that is bad customer service, the manager said she is sure the girl didnt make any mistakes and it was just a misunderstanding. and pointed out to us there was a red curry and we probably made the mistake. overall the service was very rude from todays experience. i havent experienced a waiter in australia that is that rude and keep accusing it is our mistake. it wasnt busy, not hard to remake it.
it was our 3rd time here but will not come back again for sure. food was average.
