“Amazing market”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

Wow!
I've been to some nice markets like Granville Island in Vancouver, Canada or Seattle but this was INCREDIBLE. From cheese, to bakery products to all the fresh fruits and veggies! It's a food lovers paradise.

“An amazing taste sensation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

The food was so fresh. Best place for breakfast (aim to arrive no later than 715am, to avoid the crowds) to start the day - the eggs were free range. Quality Coffee. Very friendly store holders.

So much fabulous produce, really well put together, interesting stall layout and designs. Foodie paradise - lots of local and international products to choose from. A must visit when you are in Adelaide - plan a meal for when you are there and take the shopping bag to stock up on supplies- everything was so fresh!

I could wander around the markets all day. Such an array of fruit and veg, meats, breads, cakes, coffee beans, tea leaves, delicatessen delights, sauces, spreads, salamis ......

“Excellent go for breakfast and coffee”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2013

This is a small, easy to get around market with lots of great local produce - fresh fruit and veg, locally made pantry items like marinated olives, etc, cheeses (you can try before you buy), gourmet brand items from the region, butchers, etc etc. And great coffee and lunch cafes. I always go here for breakfast when ever I"m visiting Adelaide. I usually stay at the Hilton - it's just around the corner, and then go to the market for breakfast (and then maybe for lunch too), and buy a few gourmet items to take back home.
I recommended some friends to go there but they went in the afternoon - I think you have to go in the morning... it is pretty much closed after lunch.
