We were very pleased with our stay over the weekend, centrally located we were able to walk to the theatre. However we were unable to eat in the main dining room due to a large booking and then found the prices too high for our meal in the lounge/bar. WiFi was not free as advertised.

Room Tip: Suggest you do not have a room on the 18th floor below the air conditioners.

I've stayed here four times already and plan to stay again in the future. The hotel is new and has nice facilities. The staff are all generally helpful and friendly. The rooms I've stayed in have been large and comfortable I would say that the in room dining and minibar are well priced unlike other hotels. The hotel is also well placed in the city. In terms of shortcomings, I think that the breakfast can be a little uninspired (but still decent) and parking can be a little expensive - they only offer valet. However, I do like the hotel and will definitely book there again

I stay at the rendezvous in Adelaide every 4 weeks while travelling on business and the rooms and free WIFI are the reason I keep coming back
food is good and the mini bar not over priced all in all great value

Just one thing that lets the hotel down time and time again frequent flyer points
it doesn't matter whether you are Virgin or Qantas trying to get your frequent flyer points for the hotel stay is like watching a snail trail across the floor its nearly impossible

after a number of complaints and even to the CEOs office eventually they get loaded on and come through about 3 months later

If you could get this right then you have a remarkable hotel

We stayed at this hotel after our trip on the Ghan from Darwin to Adelaide. The room and facilities were first class and very centrally located to all attractions. However the room cleaning left a lot to be desired, even after complaining about the lack of vacuuming the carpets and coffee and tea not replaced. I thought that because it was the weekend that the staff may not be as efficient. But i was horrified that on Monday the service was still unsatisfactory. I can recommend a visit to the Central markets and the botanic gardens.

We have stayed in this hotel several times and it is always fantastic. The service is great and the cleanliness impeccable. The breakfast in the hotel is awesome and nothing is too much trouble when making something to order, including supply of gluten free bread. Happy to stay here anytime.

My husband and I, along with a group of friends have stayed at this hotel a few times. Always been good to spend a night in the city, kid free! The change from last year to this year is quite pronounced. The main let down for me was that due to a wedding in the restaurant we could not eat at the hotel and were advised not to order any room service as the kitchen would be too busy. The wedding itself was quite noisy with us on the 9th floor being able to hear the guests saying goodbye from the lobby.
We were really looking forward to the cooked buffet breakfast in the morning but the amounts on offer were pitiful to say the least. There would have been a teacup of bircher muesli, a small dessert bowl of scrambled egg and bacon. In fact the only thing that was plentiful was bread. Pastries were minimal and even the ones they had were dry and hard. Really nice coffee on the plus side.
We had absolutely no complaints with the room, it was lovely as usual but it did hurt my purse a little at having to pay $4 for a small bucket of ice. With the number of deals around I would think twice about staying here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room as high as possible to get a good view
