Stopped here for one night during a weekend away in Adelaide. We spent the first couple of nights in Glenelg then a night here.
The hotel is in a good location for the city centre and very close to a tram stop so was easy for us to get to from Glenelg.
No problems at check in. The room was a little strange. It was an OK size for a night (or two) but the strange thing was that you access the bathroom through what initially looks like the wardrobe! The bathroom is a decent size, it’s just a little odd to begin with. The hotel feels a little older inside and maybe back then this idea was novel and funky!
The room itself was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and clean, no problems. I think the layout made it feel a little dated.
The concierge was helpful when we asked for a map, giving us some info about local sights etc.
A decent stay, would stop here again. For me it’s another review where if would be good to be able to give half stars, it’s a decent hotel but as it was only a short stay it’s hard to say it was ‘very good’.More
