I took the tour on Sunday and I can highly recommend it, if you want learn something about the Australian culture and its origins. The tour is free and takes about an hour. Our tour guide, Lynne was her name I think, did a wonderful job. Thank you for offering such an interesting place completely free of charge.

After visiting here 40 years ago it was like going back in time to my child hood. It has a good display of Australian history and animals and we'll worth a visit.

Located on North Terrace, the museum has a great range of displays on animals, culture and South Australias connection with Antarctica.

This is a fantastic display of Australian history, current botanical/zoological photography and the best cafe display of our southern sea creature skeletons.
It is the best permanent display of Australian Aboriginal cultural history in Australia. It blends physical displays, modern interface mediums and creates a learning space that every Australian should experience.

Free museum along north terrace. Stay as long or as little as you want. Walk at your own pace. A really enjoyable visit. In summer its a nice break from the sun walking along North Terrace as well
