This museum touches on early South Australian history, with paintings, artifacts, and scenes of early settlement. I'm not an art buff and I found it engrossing. The Hans Heysen works are particularly great. I've been back a couple of times. The building itself is gorgeous as well. Definitely worth a visit (and the free price tag can't be beat!) if you are visiting beautiful North Terrace.
