Visited 3 wineries (Wolf Blass, Barossa Valley Estates and Langmeil) and Maggie Beer's Farm Shop. All wineries were interesting. Good lunch stop at Barossa Valley Estates but Langmeil was most interesting as we got a guided tour and saw 169 year old vines! Maggie Beers was so crowded you could hardly move in the shop...could have easily skipped that stop and spent more time at the wineries. Our driver, David was fun and informative paying close attention to our small group of around 25.

Myself and my partner went on a prime Barossa tour on Saturday and loved every moment of it. We found a deal on travel zoo for a half price tour and it was excellent at twice the price!!! We had the Barossa supreme tour and i highly recommend it. The bus itself was very nice, as described in the ad, and Barry our driver was fantastic. An absolutely wonderful source of historical and local knowledge which almost made me want to go back to school to study history! Well done Barry. The wineries and scenery were nothing short of spectacular, lunch was included and it was of the highest standard. What can i say but i would recommend the supreme tour to anyone and everyone. Thankyou Barry and prime for the great day out.

We went on the Hahndorf / Victor Harbor Tour for the day. From the very beginning this tour company ticks all the boxes. I booked over the phone with a most helpful young lady. They picked us up from our hotel at the beginning of the tour. The vehicle was a small mini bus which would hold around 20, and we were a smaller group of around 12. We have experienced Mini tours overseas and they are much more preferable to a larger coach. Our driver Ian was very knowledgeable and gave a helpful, but not intrusive commentary, and one felt that he really enjoyed doing the tour. We had plenty of time to see the countryside, some took the Cockle Train to Victor Harbor and he made sure that we were on time to enable them to do it. It was good value for money and would highly recommend this tour company.

We recently joined the Barossa Valley Experience Tour with our guide Marc, as a celebratory day out for my husbands birthday. We were hoping to join a tour to the McLarenvale but on the day we had chosen to travel there weren't enough bookings to start a tour so we chose the Barossa Tour as a second choice and were not disappointed. The tour included 4 wineries, lunch and several sightseeing spots so we felt it was a really good overview of the region. The drive was very scenic, travelling through Eden Valley to the Barossa Valley and we felt we had a good look at the countryside. The wineries chosen were a good cross section of the Barossa, from large well known labels like Wolf Blass to smaller family owned enterprises such as Kies so we were pleased it wasn't all "big brands" and really enjoyed the smaller wineries. Lunch at the local restaurant included grilled kangaroo on the menu selection, a great choice for those of us wanting to try something a little different and very Australian.
The key to a successful tour is the input from your local guide and Marc was excellent, friendly and relaxed with our mixed group of nationalities, knowledgeable about the wineries, had great tips on what to taste and an excellent explanation of what we were seeing in the vineyards around us. We came away very pleased with the day out and felt we'd learned a lot as well.

We loved our tour guide for the day Jan, she knows her stuff about adelaide and brought us to some great sights, told us the stories and we visited plenty of wineries! This tour fit us in very last minute after another company cancelled on us so we were thrilled.

Highly recommend this company we had a great day and beautiful experience of the Barossa Valley :-)
