Fumo Blu is a downstairs cocktail bar on Rundle Street, quite often a post dinner, pre clubbing pit stop. You walk downstairs into a dimly lit blue bar, with a large tropical fish tank as it's feature peice. The drinks are quite expensive, but that's not at all unusual for Australian drink prices, and they're all pretty awesome. My only complaint is how loud the music is sometimes played, which seems ridiculous for somewhere that doesn't have a dance floor and that you've gone to chat with friends. I'd also add the average age of patrons is 18-28.
I've always enjoyed going for a few drinks after a dinner with friends or as a warm up to a night out.
