Booked a single night (4th May) via the Wotif.com website believing it was the best offer. A few hours later after checking the hotels website I found a far better offer for the same price, the new offer included valet parking, $50 food & drinks credit plus a late checkout time. Contacted both the customer service line of Wotif.com and the hotel direct, neither were willing to help, make any changes or offer me the better deal. The wotif.com booking is a non-refund cancellation policy. So much for customer service!! Beware when booking!!

We had 4 nights at the Crowne Plaza and enjoyed our view and small outside terrace on the 7th floor.
The room was tidy and had the necessary amenities, including tea/coffee making and an iron.
There was a bath-tub and shower.
The gym and swimming pool was well utilised and reasonable.
Breakfast in the restaurant was average and we enjoyed dining there at night.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: Corner rooms have a balcony and seats plus table . Good for a wine or coffee.

Geat location. Close to all transport. Could hear the peak hour traffic but didn't find this a problem. Customer service, very good.
We would most certainly recommend it
comfortable and room a good size.

This was a very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The location was fantastic - a short walk from the main shopping street (which was also full of restaurants and eating places). The breakfast buffet was really good. The choice included the usual cold buffet food and it was also possible to get a chef to make an omelette, or to fry eggs.

My gf and I stayed for two nights. The room was nice, staff were really friendly and helpful but the highlight was the restaurant. Amazing buffet breakfast but the dinner was second to none.

Two night stay at this newish hotel, the decor in the public areas is fairly plain (is brown the new black?) but the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom well fitted out with an enormous bath. Ask for a latex pillow as the standard feather ones are very thick.
The chef prepared eggs benedict at breakfast was outstanding. Staff at restaurant for breakfast were either very good or very bad.
Would stay again but make sure breakfast is included in your deal - $32.00 for brekkie is a rip-off.
