The twin room was spacious and modern. The room was freshly made up the first day with new towels and toiletries however this lapsed the next day with only new towels provided. Nothing was cleaned or beds made up and no toiletries as if they had forgotten to complete the room. The breakfast room was very easy to use and more than adequate. All breakfast items were available and newspapers provided which was a nice touch. The room air conditioner was getting a workout during the heatwave but was fantastic. Plenty of storage space and a fantastic full length mirror in the room with desk and fridge. The lack of secure parking is a problem but you don't have to feed the ticket machine after 6pm, but many people were leaving breakfast to buy a ticket at 8am which was $2.60 per hour and only a 2 hour parking limit, so you couldn't leave the car there all day and do something else which became a nuisance.
The communal kitchens on each level were a great idea and fantastic if you want to cook your own meals. IGA supermarket was just around the corner in Hutt St 5 minutes away. We ate at Bocelli on the corner of Hutt and Wakefield streets. Fabulous value, great meals and air conditioned casual dining. I highly recommend Adabco for its location, friendly helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

Room Tip: The higher floors have less road noise

this is a nice hotel approx 15 minutes walk from rundle mall and the main sights of adelaide. Our room was large and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is included but it's basic and you may want to search out something more substantial. The staff were great making eating recommendations and helping with taxis to the airport, maps and directions.

However there is no parking which was not a fault of the hotel, more a fault of ours for not doing the research. We were relocating from WA to Sydney and we literally had all of our treasured belongings on the back of the ute so not having secure parking made for a tense evening.
Apart from our oversight this place was very good. Tastefully furnished, very clean and inviting. Would stay here again if we were sans vehicle. We didn't use the communal kitchens but they were an interesting touch which I think would be welcomed if you are planning on staying somewhere for more than a weekend. Adelaide was also a bit of a gem we went to a fantastic and wonderfully affordable restaurant called Nu Thai.
Our only interaction with staff was during the check in and she (sorry I always forget to note names) was friendly, professional and efficient.

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay at the Adabco Boutique Hotel during our recent stay in Adelaide. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast in the morning very enjoyable. The hotel itself is located centrally, a 5 minute walk from Victoria square and connecting tram lines. I would certainly stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Great little place. Lounge offered TV and computers. Dining for breakfast was large and offered regular continental included with stay.

Room was small but very adequate. The bed was comfortable. The staff were fantastic and very helpfull. The bus and tram are almost right outside. There are laundry facilites as well.

We walked to the market and downtown. It did not take long and was apleasant stroll. The hotel is more on the eastside of town and traffic noise was not a problen from our roon # 225.

We would stay here again. All in all very good value for money.

The Adabco is very reasonably priced and has a good location. The rooms are big and nicely furnished. My biggest complaint is that the beds are doubles, not queens. When I made the booking on the phone, I was told they would be queen beds. I would not stay here again because of this but if it's not an issue for you, then I recommend this hotel.

The Adabco ticks many boxes - it's price/quality range, location, standard of finish, service and facilities are right up there.
Pleasant, helpful staff to assist you. A nice decor downstairs and a well equipped, spacious room upstairs. No (free) WiFi but there are two public computers in the lobby.
Breakfast a little meagre, you might want to pop out to that little bakery down the road, and no restaurant - but the city is just a short walk away (or a ten dollar taxi-ride) plenty of choice there.
