Cannot recommend enough! The food was terrific and reasonably priced. Service was a bit on the average side, but understandable as the restaurant was completely full at the time

I have eaten here a number of times. Ovbviously we enjoyed the food. Mother's day they took our booking and we turned up to a huge line and a wait of over half an hour!! Common practice here apparently. First come first served but still they take bookings. Rude!
Dirty toilets too.
I was with a group who went to eat here last week and some in our party were very distressed to see the live smaller lobsters all had their legs cut off. How Cruel!
Take a look at the posted photo someone else has up.
We left.
We won't go back.

Ate here for the first time after hearing some great reviews from a few people. The food came out really quick and was quite nice. It was really busy and had great atmosphere! The price of the food and drinks was great too. Would definitely go back again.

We found ourselves there one Saturday lunchtime recently

The taxi driver said it was OK
I peered in - the clientele was mostly Chinese/Asian
That's always a good advert
So, in we went

We were just ahead of the 12:30 lunchtime crowd

The Yum Cha 'wandering menu' was proffered by young Asian women who were polite and attentive

We had about 7 or 8 dishes and brown tea and a pineapple juice and the bill was $52
The dishes were prawn toast, roast pork, steamed beef rolls, steamed dim sum, prawn cutlets (2), custard tarts and probably one more

There was more than enough food and the service was, well, always there, and the food was good

I would go back there again and also with a larger group

You really can't go wrong at Kowloon. It's particularly well suited to larger groups. The selection of food is massive; I've never had a bad dish; and the prices are so good. You just keep going back!

The waiters aren't always super fast to take your orders but they'll quickly come to your table if you just tell them you're ready. The food certainly does arrive quickly after you've ordered.

There can be a bit of noise in there sometimes but that's only because it's so popular!

If you love this sort of cuisine, especially if you're in a group of a few people, I'm sure you'll enjoy dinner at Kowloon.
