I think all of us were surprised how much there is to see here. I really loved the Pandora display and the museum staff we chatted with were very helpful and loved to talk about the exhibits. Unfortunately, we had to head off to our next destination and didn't have enough time to appreciate everything fully.

The Pandora exhibit forms a good part of the museum and is very, very interesting indeed. Pandora was the ship sent from England to find and return the mutineers from The Bounty. Great exhibit and part of local history

Great selection of exhibits. The Pandora exhibition is very interesting and the kids loved being able to participate in a demonstration of how a 6 pound gun was fired. We went on a Sunday, and there was hardly anyone else around.

Such a diverse selection of exhibits so well planned out everything was vey authentic and plenty of visuals to watch and listen to on the day we went there weren't many people around so you didn't have to queue to look at anything worth the money

From young to old, there is always something fascinating and new at the MTQ. Although no longer free for locals, it is worth the thirty-odd dollars to join .. or just pay the small entrance fee if you are visiting.

Locals who join will receive invitations to special events and the Camo Kids Boot Camp during the June holidays was a brilliant night of simple, family fun!

The Pandora exhibit is wonderful and comprehensive.

Make sure you take the kids into the children's hands-on room and let them loose on the displays - they will gain a real interest in science from just one visit.

Very nice food and drinks are available on the first floor.
