Spacious room (one bedroom apartment), with full laundry facilities, balcony off both living room and bedroom, and full kitchen. Location is perfect, with restaurants, pubs and cafes just downstairs. View over the river and city (from 9th floor). Staff were helpful and friendly. Free undercover parking, and I was even able to leave my car there after checkout, while I was around the town, until I left that day.
Will stay there again when I'm next in Townsville.

We booked two adjoining rooms, one with lounge and kitchen and the other was a hotel style room. Did everything we wanted. We wanted to stay for 2 weeks, but because of the V8s coming into town we had to move out for two nights. Prices went up.
All good, very clean and the kitchen laundry was a great resource for us. No charge for a cot for my 21 month daughter.
Car parking is in the basement downstairs which is accessible by lift, and has two levels, so there is plenty of parking.
Internet was expensive at $90 a week. My advice would be to walk up to Woolies and get a dongle for the same price and use that. I know they make no money on phone calls in hotels, but to charge like that for internet is pretty extreme. We stayed in a cheaper hotel in Ingham, and that had free internet - go figure.
The location is good, our room looked out onto Palmer Street, so no real view, but lots of people watching to do. The Townsville Brewery up the road is great.
Pool is excellent, and it isn't used much in their 'winter'.
Only reason we moved out was the V8s. We would have been very happy to keep staying there.
A good place to stay in Townsville. When we are back in Townsville again, this is where we will stay.

Spacious rooms with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed. The location is great, no great views, but right next to a variety of eateries and a quick drive or a longer walk to the Magnetic Island ferry. My only gripe is the internet access/pricing - seems to be a bit of a 'normal' thing down-under. I mean $10 for 2hrs. (Free Internet would have made the hotel ***** instead of ****

Excellent location close to the sea front. Very well eqipped and spotlessly clean. Every facility once could ask for.
We booked very last minute with a 50+% discount, exceptional value. Free underground parking and helpful staff.
