Description: Since the arrival of A Carne Churrascaria, Surfers Paradise is now also a meat lover’s paradise. But it’s certainly not just meat lovers that are relishing this authentic Brazilian barbecue experience. There’s a distinct hint of Rio street vibe in the air here; corrugated metal, painted timber slats and a colourful mural set an edgy backdrop to tables large and small, which welcome parties, communal dining and more intimate meals. All you can eat churrascaria – a mouth-watering array of tender meats, seafood and/or vegetables cooked over a sizzling charcoal barbecue, carved and served straight to your plate – every night and at lunch on Fridays and Saturdays.

We went to a carne churrascaria last night with a living social deal... Obviously these offers are made to get you thru the door and hopefully you like what you eat and come back for more... I grew up in Brazil, so I know very well what a Brazilian churrasco involves. Well with our deal we probably only received a third of the full all you can eat menu. This still included chicken, sausage, rump, prawn and lamb. The meat quality was excellent. Apart from the meat, we got a share starter plate, also fried and crumbed bananas, pineapple and a shared desert plate with traditional Brazilian sweets, oh and tea or coffee. Our bellies where full, so if you are after the full all you can eat menu, make sure you bring a lot of hunger. I also had a guarana, which is imported soft drink from Brazil. The decoration in Brazil is also very authentic and simple and you would get this in Brazil as churrascarias are very popular over there. The staff, all brazilians and lots of them were all very friendly. They did get very busy thru the night. Overall I do recommend this restaurant and if you like your meat NOTHING will beat a Brazilian Churrasco. By the way, don't get to full before you sample the picanha beef. Best steak you will ever taste!!! We will be back.

Can't wait to be back. Went there for dinner with my husband, we had a voucher from Living Social and we didn't get the Rodizio of all meats, but the ones that we had were just delicious, very tender, full of flavour. The sides were are really good and the deserts as well. Next time we are going to get the Rodizio for sure. Can't wait!!!
Tip: Be hungry, there are plenty of sides to choose and a lot of meat.

We visited this restaurant after happening to notice it walking back to our hotel. We had a Brazilian friend staying with us and thought we would give it a go. The atmosphere was great and the pod was delicious! Our friend was amazed at how authentic it was and said it tasted exactly like what he would get at home! The staff were very friendly, however the only thing I could fault was a couple of times we requested things like a high chair, additional food etc it took quite a whole to get them or we had to ask again. This was understandable as A Carne only opened up in Nov 12 (I think)! All in all a great experience and we will return on our next visit to surfers paradise!

we had dinner here New Years Eve we sipped on jugs of sangria, enjoyed lime and kiwi mojitos and ate until our bellies were full. A Carne provides great atmosphere, great staff and awesome food.

We had not made our way through all the meet selections that were on offer, however when we asked for specific cut of meat the staff were happy to bring out the skewer and carve it off for you.

We have been to other Brazilian restaurants in the Valley and Bardon but this is definitely the best one by far. I give this restaurant 10/10 the place was amazing!
