Great food, we ordered the degustation with matching wines. All courses were good, but the standout for us was the chicken. Wines were lovely, so glad we selected the matching ones for each course. Great restaurant location & we were lucky enough to have a window seat. A couple of small tweaks would have made the experience comparable to other fine dining restaurants, there were a couple of small disappointments which took the shine off for us:
-We had a cocktail and were then left in the bar for 40 mins with no-one paying us a second glance. We eventully got bored of waiting for a look at the food menu and/or a getting a new cocktail so we got up to find a waiter and asked to be seated. A first for us in a hatted restaurant.
-No explanation of the wines or food. When we asked a question about one of the grapes (we hadn't heard of) the waitress didn't know what it was and had to ask someone. Also it would have been nice to know why they'd selected each wine, not just repeating the label/menu. Same with food, no explanations.
A bit more attentiveness and that almost sixth-sense-like anticipation that really great restaurants have and it would have made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Recently celebrated a family members birthday at Seaduction. I had never been here before but had seen excellent reviews. The reviews were true.

The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The chefs really made sure that every dish we ordered was stunning and tasty.

The restaurant has great views over the beach at Surfers Paradise and the ambience of the restaurant is nice with all the mood flames scattered around the room. Finding the restaurant is a little tricky for first time visitors, there is limited signage leading you there from the secure parking garage (which is complimentary for restaurant guests). However the staff told us a short cut back to our car that was helpful. The waitress we had and all the team were friendly and customer focused.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our birthday celebration was special.

Our party of six enjoyed a fine evening at Seaduction last night. Our initial impressions were of a calm oasis in bustling Surfers. The decor was very good; the seating arrangements thoughtfully laid out so that everyone had views of the beach & ocean; and the lighting enhanced the ambience of the place.

This clearIy is an expensive restaurant, particularly the wine list, so you're unlikely to get away with much less than $120/head. However, the standard of the food and its presentation is of the highest order, and overall the experience is well worth it. It provides a sophisticated dining experience overlooking Surfers' main playground!

The service standards from the staff could do with some work, with some direction and training probably being the answer. They were certainly eager and willing, and very well presented. The restaurant manager was very professional and helpful.

Will visit again.

Enjoyed a long business lunch in Dec. and really enjoyed.
The food, wine and service were excellent...and the location and outlook are unbeatable.
Great menu, a bit expensive, but worth it. Good wine list, with a range in quality/price.
Free car parking under building was a bonus.
Will go again.

Slowly the Gold Coast is starting to come of age with great venues that are classy, with good service, and amazing food.
Just recently awarded 2 hats, it's easy to see why. The food and presentation is amazing.
The decor is lovely and welcoming, and the views over the crashing waves of the ocean are calming.
A perfect venue to celebrate a special event!
Prices are a little on the high side, and portion sizes are slightly on the smaller side, but you can order additional sides (broccolini, truffled mash, tempura vegetables, etc.).
Try ordering a Lychee Martini as you wait for the dinner service to begin! You won't be disappointed!
We'll be back!
