We had a 6 night stay here - the apartment is rather large and comfy but furnishings are rather tired. Chairs around table, fabric was well worn and holed.
Major fail from the receptionist - didn't mention the tag with the keys was needed to swipe access for the lift, back entry and pool. It was a couple of days into our stay when another guest showed us, before that we had been lucky to get entry when others where around. I would have felt more comfortable if the windows had flywire screens, far too easy for children to lean too far out. Depending on fitness, could be considered just a tad too far away from the centre of Surfers Paradise/restaurants etc.
The front doors where locked rather early in the day, I'm guessing when reception was closed, okay not a big thing to enter/exit from the back door but still annoying.
Would I go back there - not sure - the views were superb but I think there are loads of other places around which can do the same and make you feel more welcome.
