We thought we´d give this restaurant a try in spite of some of the recent reviews and it was a very positive experience. There was a very warm welcome from the maitre who explained all the food, and the idea behind the name of Bazaar. We started of with the shellfish, plenty of tasty morsels,
oysters, prawns, crayfish etc., Then two of our party went for the steaks and my friend and I for the thai and chinese section, delicious dim sum and a variety of dishes. There was a huge array of desserts and we overindulged! There was plenty of everything and we were spoilt for choice. The staff didn`t hover and appeared when necessary, and were very polite and helpful. I must mention the hotel and bar area of Stingray, where the glamorous gather, the decor is amazing and it seemed that both the staff and clientele looked amazing! It was fashion week too!
I`d say it was the best night out of our stay on the Gold Coast and plenty of atmosphere and diners.

Food was good, but after all the other reviews I think I was expecting more. Labels on the foods saying what they were would be very helpful. It was busy when we were there and annoying have to ask the chefs what everything was, especially desserts when there was no one to ask. Overall everything we had was good, just not spectacular.

Hi VeroniqueJean,

We are sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations on what the Bazaar experience is. We aren't able to label the dishes as the produce is fresh daily and we also present new dishes throughout the evening which would require a change in the labels and as it is presented as a home style kitchen rather than a traditional spread it simply wouldn't be a viable option.

We hope that you choose to try us again.

When first hearing we were going for dinner to an "all you can eat" I was hesitant. I find these sort of places dirty and the food bland and cold. This was the exact opposite- fine dining with a twist. Would definitely recommend to go here, it is a little expensive but if you like seafood it is worth the money. Chefs at all stations too cook your food how you want it. Great place!

We walked in the door and food everywhere and behind glass all meat hanging and you tell them what you want and they cook it for you to your liking....there are pizzas, cheeses, salads. chinese food and more what ever you want and all cooked fresh then when you finish your main meals think of all the desserts yet to eat. Well worth the money as its the best place we have eaten at.

Being local in the area, always love to dine in for Breakfast on those lazy mornings.
Service is always above par & the floor is well staffed & always nice to see all waiters happy to assist wherever possible.

The selection on the buffet breakfast is nothing but quality.
Only downer is no fresh waffles or pancakes(made to order!) is not available only pre made pancakes..

Omellete station is great! love the energy from the petite breakfast chef on the station everytime I dine.

Always looking forward to my next visit!

& to top it all off it is priced very reasonable at $25 per head.

Bazzar for brekky! You cant go wrong!
