1 bedroom spa apartment clean but some of the furniture was damaged and not all rooms have digital locks. Outdoor pool and spa were unavailable and was not informed prior to booking, have stayed here quite a few times never had a bad thing to say till now.More

My daughter and I are just back from a 5 night stay at Circle on Cavill in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 24th floor. Views to die for ! Ocean views are sensational the waterways on the other side so serene and we could watch the cruise boats coming and going .
The location is fantastic . All the restaurants an easy walk from your door. Beach not far either. Rooms spotless and nice little extras like dish washing powder and washing machine powder all provided. Need extra towels , no problem just ask at reception. Security is good. We had people down the next level behaving badly - called security who dealt with it quickly and professionally (seriously 15 minutes later ......silence!). This hotel is also a residence for locals so if your planning to party its not the place for you.
Loved the views, loved the peace and quite, loved the sense of security, loved the location.
Only negative i can think of is that one of the lifts was out of order for the entire week we were there , hopefully thats fixed soon as the lifts can get busy at peak times.
The staff are the standout though. I always think that the staff can make or break your holiday stay. Every staff ember we met was friendly professional and helpful.

I’m currently staying at the Circle on Cavill for 10 nights and I don’t want to leave!!
The place is stunning. From the minute I checked in with Marlee, who was amazing and so patient, the whole experience has been faultless.
I’m on 43rd floor in a 2 bedroom ocean spa. The views are to die for. I’ve never seen anything like it.
The room is beautifully appointed and huge, and the spa with views is sensational.
Woolworths is at the bottom of the building as well as many restaurants, pubs and bottle shops close by.
Marlee and Nathan at reception both deserve praise as they both offer outstanding, professional service which completely makes the whole experience perfect.

Looking very tired appartments need some maintenance . Housekeeping was very minimal, towels,sheets and rubbish bins not attended to . There were cigarette burns in the carpets and when pulling the blinds down at night it had stains dripping down them as if someone previously had urinated down them. A number of the lifts weren’t working leaving long delays waiting
