We stayed in 2 different rooms. First room a one bedroom apartment had seen better days, view was good but overall could do with some updating. Next room was a two bedroom apartment and it was like being in a completely different venue, view was amazing and was far better kept. I was told that the rooms are privately owned and rented out hence the difference in decor. In any case if there are 3 of you needing a bed BOOK THE 2 BEDROOM

Cons:
Location, noise on Sat/Sun oddly just travels right up the building
Bedding, they do the two single bed stuck together thing so if you're tall your feet will hang off

Would recommend if you are a family looking for a central location in Surfers during the week

Great place, very nice rooms with excellent ocean views, very well maintained. It is also pretty close to all major pubs and restaurants.
I would definitely recomend this place, especially for couples.

The Mantra has a great location; although it can be initially hard to find as located next to another Mantra that hides its entrance. Parking is pretty hard, but once you've found it it's free. Location wise there is little places better!
