Had dinner here, we went for the Shanks and steak
We were served reasonably fast, and both meals were great
At the Bar, I ordered a cocktail that was advertised on the wall as a special, and my partner a Pure Blonde
I don't think my cocktail had the ingredients listed on the special board, and think that we were served from the wrong tap as it certainly didn't taste like Pure Blonde
The Cane Toad racing is good fun
It was not overly busy the night we were there, and I almost had a heart attack when the MC said that he would randomly pick ticket numbers for people to go on stage and participate
Luckily I didn't get called !!
The second race happens after an auction takes place for each toad
I inadvertently almost won an auction, after pointing at the stage to try and alert the MC guy that one toad was escaping from the bucket
Glad I didn't win that auction !!
Overall, good food, and fun night out
