Hotel was nice. Stayed in a spa room which was very small, spa and decking area old and uninviting. Pool fabulous for my daughter however sun beds in shade for most of the day.
Breakfast buffet was well done, restaurant location around pool beautiful however menu selection for lunch and dinner was very limited and average.
Reception staff friendly until you ask for something.
We checked out at 10am and as our flight wasn’t until later that day we were able to still us the pool and there communal bathroom for showers etc. When I initially as if I could borrow a hairdryer they said it won’t be a problem just come and see us when you need it and when I did the uptight reception man told me outright he doesn’t have one even though I was told they have new ones in their office and he will not open one. Felt like their whole attitude towards me and my daughter as a guest for a 10 night stay had changed as if they had never met me and really couldn’t wait to get me off the premises! It was very disappointing as we were happy and friendly guest for the whole stay. They have let the Peppers brand down I must say.More
