If you are looking for a spectacular day on the reef, no crowds, great boat, beautiful catering, personalized snorkling tour by Ghigo then this is the tour for you. My sister and I took our mother out for the day and it was spectacular. Graham and Ghigo looked after us so well, and made the day one we will never forget. The reef itself is beautiful, lots of fish and amazing coral. We would definitely book this tour again in a flash, we didn't want it to end! Great value for money, a day well spent! Thank you Graham and Ghigo, you guys were great!

We were lucky enough to do Synergy in February 2013 and loved every minute of it. The weather was rather hit and miss until we got on board and set sail then the sun finally came out. There was only six of us plus Crew Graham and Hannah which meant lots of space for us to move around and a very relaxed atmosphere. We dropped anchor at Tongue Reef where we had a safety briefing and got fitted with our snorkelling gear and fetching 'stinger suits' (a must to prevent being stung by jelly fish and also to protect from the strong sun). When we were snorkelling the crew kept a close eye on us at all times and made us feel very safe. The lunch cooked on board was amazing, barbequed chicken, mackerel, salad, fruit - so much food! It was amazing to sit on the still water with waves randomly breaking on the reef. Hannah took us on a Snorkelling tour in the afternoon showing us sea cucumbers, nemo (clown fish), conches and sponge coral to name but a few. Lots of fresh fruit and delicious cakes were handed round on the journey back. This trip, although a bit pricey is worth every penny and I will be booking it again if I'm ever back in Oz!

While the weather in the morning did not agree with our plans, we were the only 2 people on board with the crew of Captain Graham, Hannah and her brother Calum. Our journey to Tongue reef was was rough but our time at the reef was amazing when the sun arrived. We relaxed with great conversation over lunch before an amazing after lunch snorkel. We had an amazing journey home in the sun. What a perfect way to spend a birthday. Thank you for a wonderful, entertaining experience.

This trip was perfect. Excellent skipper and deck hand :-). We had ten people on our trip all lovely, there is never more than 12 booked on this cruise. The boat was a stunning catamaran. The good thing about this trip is the reef we visit is only visited by this boat so there is never more than 12 people snorkelling at once. This means you get a personal experience with the outer reef. The food and drink served was tasty and fresh.
Although this trip may be more expensive than the larger cruises. It is with every cent due to the personal and professional service offered.
If I come to Port Douglas again I will defiantly do this trip again.

Took advantage of perfect snorkelling conditions (blue sky, little breeze) to motor-sail with Graham and Erin on Synergy II to Tongue Reef, where with just 7 other people we experienced swimming with an infinite variety of colourful fish and coral. To actually be among a school of fish, gazing down on purple giant clams, drifting over the edge of the reef and seeing a 30 metre blue drop-off is a day I will never forget. Not having snorkelled since a kid, and then only 100 metres off shore, I was a little nervous, but both Erin and Graham's advice and confidence and the good equipment meant it was really wonderful. The leisurely sail there and back was also relaxing (no crowds, no PA system, no canned music, no screaming children = grown-up bliss). Yes, the catering was great, and the yacht well-equipped and spacious, but what made the day were the truly spectacular reef environment, the perfect conditions and the friendly professionalism of the Synergy team. Thanks to both of you for making our trip an experience of a lifetime.
