We had a couple of hours to kill before our flight home and our hotel recommended this company so we gave it a shot. On the whole we were very glad we did. We saw 3 crocs in their natural habitat! The ships captain (and owner of the busines) seemed to have an intimate knowledge of each croc personally, and not only that she also had a very good knowledge of the local environment in general as well as the history of Port Douglas and the surrounding area. The food provided was a little basic but so what, what do u expect for $30 in this day and age. Believe me, most things in Australia are a rip off these days, but this trip bucks that trend!
Old Jock is a character as well!

What a lovely little cruise, and unlike another experience on a boat in Port Douglas, we felt welcome, very welcome indeed.
Had a lovely glass of champagne, whilst enjoying the view of Dicksons Inlet. We spotted 4 crocodiles and at least a couple of sea eagles. My kids loved Jock, the boat owners dog, and enjoyed being given a turn to steer this lovely paddle steamer boat. Would recommend to anyone, looking to spot crocodiles in their natural enviroment or even just to view the river and vast area of mangroves,an area of Port Douglas, i have never seen before.

Did the 430pm sunset cruise and really enjoyed it. We had been tossing up doing a Daintree river sunset cruise, but a few people advised us the Port Douglas cruise was better, so we gave it a try. Definitely great value. $35 for a 90min cruise with a drink and nibbles. Saw a few crocs. sea eagles, egrets & kites, nice scenery and the sunset as we came back into Port Douglas topped it off. Thoroughly Recommended

Looking for something to do in P'Douglas - do this trip a 4pm....
Bargin Price - $30 for a "river cruise' at dusk to find some crocs and they throw in a free drink and some nibbles!
We saw 2 crocs in the wild, one who I think was eyeing us up for tea!.
Staff friendly and infomative.
