“Great way to experience Kuranda”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

Excellent day starting at a civilised hour. Brett's knowledge of the area was excellent with service provided matching. The trip on the Sky Rail up and back down on the train an experience to remember.
Up grade to Gold Class on the train not worth the value - very expensive cheese and biscuits
Finishing the day with a cocktail on the beach at Palm Cove ended the tour on a high note.
Thanks
Brett

Thank you Ian for your great review.

In regards to Gold Class - we have since met with senior management who agreed that the day you were on was not up to their usual standards, this was due to staff shortages because of illness.
We have the assurance from Queensland Rail that this will not happen again and we can go back to the usual standards where everyone comes off the train raving about what great value for money they got!!

Thanks again Ian and sorry they 'dropped the ball' that day.

All the best,
Brett and Andrea

“Great half day tour”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

We recently stayed at the Outrigger in Pt Douglas and went on Brett's half day tour and was very impressed with how informative and knowledgeable Brett was. You can still have the morning to do what you need to and then you get picked up prior to lunch time and are taken to the skyrail where Brett greets you and escorts you into the town centre where you can have lunch or wander at your leisure and then you meet back with Brett who escorts you to the train for a most enjoyable journey down the hill. To finish the day off, Brett drives you to Palm Cove where you can purchase a signature cocktail before the drive back to Port Douglas. A wonderful and enjoyable tour.

“What a diffrence a DAY makes....”
Reviewed May 26, 2013

What a great day out - not picked up too early and returned for dinner! Brett is very attentive to his customers and had sorted evrything for us. We did have an add on fee that we choose to go into gold class on our return down on the skyrail train.
We met some great people on our trip and I would recoomend using this company!
