“Freakin awesome!”
Reviewed June 1, 2013

Half the fun of this tour is the ride to the reef. You get you g about 60mph on topic the water. At no point do you feel unsafe, but what a ride!!! All the comments about sea sick I don't think really apply. Sea sick is from gentle rolling and listing, this is just straight and fast--think of a flat but bumpy roller coaster ride. It's a great trip to see the reef and wild life one last time before you leave PD. we went to the lower isles and saw a lot of life we hadn't seen before; giant clams and reef sharks. Great trip! Thanks captain Tony!

“Perfect for a quick trip”
Reviewed May 23, 2013

If you have limited time then this is perfect to get you out in lightening time to the low isles of the Great Barrier Reef. The staff are brilliant from booking through to the guide on the boat. Really informative and helpful - easy to book too.
Check what the disclaimer you have to sign is, as some medical conditions mean you wouldnt be able to go on the speedboat - wouldnt want to get there then be disapointed.
One of the best parts of my trip.

“Ideal for half day excursion”

15 minutes out to reef. 90minutes snorkeling. No seasickness. Saw lovely coral, amazing fish even a small shark. Was better than sending extra time in slower boats.

“Quick, fun, excellent trip!”
Reviewed April 30, 2013

My second trip out to the reef having been on Quicksilver tours before. I personally much preferred the Reef Sprinter. Very fast getting out to the snorkelling location. Fun as well! 1.5 hours snorkelling in amazing reef with turtles and an abundance of fish to see.
Swift return to the marina. Easily planned into a packed day schedule. Good value!
