I had a bit of a glute injury so this wasnt the best thing to do with all those stairs. But if I was in good health it is a really good track to do. You can walk it, jog it or run it. There is a short version or the longer version once you become more fit. Really the only steep incline in Cairns so its the place to go!
Nice scenery too but bring some mosquito spray because they are everywhere
