If it is true that the price of the room was low 69 Australian dollars but the quality of the accommodation was very low. Smell of tobacco in a non smoking room, holes in the blanket, rust along the shower base, no Internet access in the room, located along busy highway, so I suggest you stay away. It is located away from the center of town and is plagued with tour operators unloading dozens of tourists who have priority to get checked in.
The place looks good from the outside. Unfortunately, you have to sleep inside. I was offered another room for additional cost. I declined.

We had a family room for 2 adults 2 children for a very cheap price of 105 a night , the pool area was amazing and our room over looked the pool areas! There was a man made beach by the pool which the kids loved, fully cooked brekky at very reasonable price also , would def stay here again

Family of 5 stayed here recently in 2 rooms. The price was too hard to pass up at $49 per night per room, compared to three or four times the price (being school holidays) everywhere else so we decided to give it a try. Its in a bad area, so you definitely want to stay within the confines of the hotel and not go strolling around too much, especially at night. There is a convenient small shopping centre right next to it which was very handy. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfy. The pools were extremely nice, although I would recommend getting a lot more seating for people as there was hardly any available considering the size of the place! Its not very noise proof at all... it is between rooms, as we couldn't hear our kids next door at all but the sliding doors made the noise from the pool very loud (which was ok as it shuts at a certain time) but the front door opens to the street and was very noisy at times. Also there were flocks of cockatoos who loved to come and screech every morning at around 5am which drove us silly, but thats just nature for you!
Overall it was a pleasant stay, great value for money but Id still prefer to stay out at the northern beaches when its not school holidays as its a much nicer environment.

The place was cute. I had a really nice room, with an outdoor space and a gate leading to the pool. Great area to relax and unwind. Its a bit out of the way from all the action but the shuttles were convenient. Staff was very helpful.

I stayed just one night at this hotel and wasn't much impressed by the hotel. The surroundings didn't invite for an evening stroll. It was an ok hotel with a good deal and I just needed a place not too far from the airport before taking off early the next day. The room was clean although a bit rundown. I would probably not come back if given the choice.
