So we went to the Casino on our last day and decided to have lunch there, that was a bad idea. I ordered the grilled snapper with salad, I had to send it back because it was soooo over cooked it was inedible so the head chef (she said she was not the one to cook the first piece) cooked another piece for me, when a new one came back it was tougher than an old boot. I didn't eat it, so my lunch was chips and garnish. To cook seafood like this in tropical north QLD is disgraceful. YUK YUK YUK!
