Prodive's 3 day liveaboard is excellent value and no doubt one of the best ways to see the Reef. Unlike other dive focused boats, I was particularly impressed with how well snorkelers are catered for - all sites offered shallow reef with stunning corals and marine life (actually the deeper corals were mostly dead and disappointing for a World Heritage Site. The boat itself was great, and there was no shortage of food. Amongst the crew, Taryn and Miggi? were very friendly and always eager to help. Was glad I packed my long wetsuit.

Did advanced open water. Great ratio of instructors to divers. Diving was great. Very friendly team. Great experience

we were a family of two adults , one 21 year old and two teenagers, who have been diving before. We did a 3 day liveabord on the reef. The staff on the boat was very friendly and good at explaining the sites. But we would have liked to have known that we would be put on a boat with a class of 15 teenagers. There were none of our own age aboard. The sites are good, beautiful diversity of the corals but not the colourings like the red sea. but both shark, whale, baracuda and dolphin sighting. Our diving instructor Calvin was excellent. And very inspiring. The staff was a bit more instructed in trying to sell t hirts and websites han what we have tried before, would prefere if prodive was a little less aggressive trying to sell you merchandise. But as mentioned a very helpfull staff both on board and on land

Highly recommend the 5 day learn to dive course. Wanted to learn to dive for yonks and finally managed to enroll in a course with Prodive. Diving really seems to be a whole new way of living. The course was excellent. Our instructors were very professional, responsible and patient (and hilarious - really a fun bunch). It was hard work but got there eventually. I am the most unfit person I know so if I can do it, anyone can. The great barrier reef was amazing. The boat was clean and comfortable (even to my standards and I am a clean freak). The food was excellent. It was a holiday well spent - nice to get something out of it rather than just bumming around for a week. It was nice and relaxing to spend a few days on the reef (when not diving) too :)
