Description: At Bushfire Flame Grill guests enjoy a Brazilian-inspired, Australian-style barbecue. Metre long skewers of succulent Australian beef, pork, lamb and chicken are seasoned, marinated and gently roasted on the churrasco grill. Waiters slice sizzling hot roasted meats from the skewers directly to your plate. The restaurant also offers an a la carte menu. Restaurant closes on most Australian public holidays.

A different dining experience that allows you to sample a range of BBQ'd meats. You do not leave hungry from this place. Well looked after by our host.

“Biggest dissappointment”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

Fast in - fast out is the appropriate term for this restaurant. Don't go for the buffet option, way overpriced for the food quality you are getting.

This was good as it had early dinner offer for their BBQ dinner. The food was very nice and the choice of meat was good.

“Meat & more meat”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

The restaurant is on the ground floor of Pacific International Hotel in front of a field & stage, where something is happening every evening - aerobics, line dancing, boxing training. You get an early bird rate (39.90); restaurant opens at 5.30pm & you are suppose to leave by 7.15pm - ample time to eat all you can!.The service is good - the waitress will explain about the churrasco grill & the order of servings. There's a starter plate - saffron rice, salad (both were tasty),potatoes, dipping sauces. Then the waiters will start bringing out the skewers of meat. You should sample a bit of everything. After all the meats have been served, you can reorder whatever you like. My wife & myself liked the beef(done medium rare), pork(tender),prawns.Suasages were salty.Chicken was sweet. The caramelised pineapple was crisp. The lamb was gamey. The meats go well with a robust red wine(I opted for the d'Arenberg Footbolt shiraz). I feel one shouldn't expect fine dining standards for this kind of grilled meat cuisine. The quality of food was good. The quantity was more than enough.
