Description: Campos Coffee QLD was opened in December of 2007. Same systems, same beans, same professional attitude. With our additional space we also had the opportunity to create an environment we could not only showcase the coffee we create, but also a high standard of food as well. Our kitchen serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week. Wandoo street also houses our public cupping room, our training, research and development centres, and a meeting room which is available to the general public.

“Coffee Heven”
Reviewed July 11, 2012

Pining for cafe culture of Melbourne, where the best eats and treats are found in secret alley ways? Campos will make you feel like your home. if you're a pining Dorothy like me or just love your coffee, you definitely must not deprive yourself of experiencing the best coffee in Brisbane, if not Australia. Hidden in an alley way behind the James Street fresh food markets, it is great little hide away to indulge in their ever changing breakfast menu after an early morning Sunday jog, or to catch up with the girls for a coffee to stock up on caffeine before a serious day of shopping in the high street (James St) of the Valley/ or the New Farm markets. Be sure to bring your taste buds for the amazing coffee and taste sensation that awaits you at Campos, but be ready for a wait. There is often a line up, but why not pull up a create and enjoy the atmosphere and watch the other coffee lovers while you build up the tension, pure coffee lust.

“Just average.”
Reviewed July 11, 2012 via mobile

Just an average coffee shop in a warehouse. Don't get the hype either. Coffee ok but not mind blowing. Food nice but not any different from anywhere else.

“The waiter was annoying!”
Reviewed July 10, 2012 via mobile

The food was unique and you can see the care that was put into the meal when it is placed in front of you.
Not well priced for the portion sizes though.
Definitely a quality meal.

The waiter however could be heard having a conversation with each and every customer that walked through the door. He was loud and in your face annoying.

“Bad Service”
Reviewed July 9, 2012

My family and I visited for a quick coffee and cake one afternoon on a Saturday, we weren't going to be long at all. We sat outside at the bench with stools, and straight away we got told by the male staff with long greasy hair (in an arrogant tone) to move "incase he got a large group". He pointed over to the small tables and the milk crate-like seats that are along the wall at the entrance. I was disgusted. Fair enough if it was peak hour lunchtime, but it wasn't. I am not being forced to sit on some plastic cheap seat and be cramped into a confined area while trying to eat and drink when clearly it wasn't that busy! I will not be returning to Campos Coffee, it is an utter shame that such poor service by a careless waiter has lead to this review being so negative.

“Look it was good... Not mind blowing like everyone makes it out to be!”

Yes its a decent cup of coffe, and looks to be consistent with their whole quality control business of running special courses for their baristas.... I just think its hyped- dont get me wrong it IS good though
