I have just returned from a stay in Brisbane in which my friend and I stayed at Oaks Festival Towers. Upon arrival we were met with very busy but nonetheless friendly staff who checked in our luggage as we were still 2 hours away from check in. We recieved instructions for our parking and then went on our way to do our errrands.
When we properly checked in later we were again met by freindly staff who directed us to our 2 bedroom unit on the 28th floor. The unit we found was very clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette and spectacular views of the cityscape.
The beds were clean and very comfortable and and the rooms quiet even with a bussling city outside. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will not hesitate to book here again when I am next in Brisbane.

Room Tip: If arriving by car make sure that you have booked a parking space at Oaks Festival Towers and not th...

The Towers was well located for a weekend city discovery. The rooms were lean and the staff helpful. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, overall quite good. Would recommend for families.

Room Tip: Request River views, it is worth it for the night lights. Also away from the lifts.

Me and my partner always use Oaks Hotels when we stay in Brisbane. Our 2nd time in the Festival towers and we really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities, kind staff and awesome location. Doesn't matter what room you get, it's always going to be a comfortable stay.

These apartments were perfectly positioned only approx 300m from the Queen Street Mall.
We had booked a one bedroom apartment and were located on the 23rd Floor.
The facilities were excellent with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The balcony was a great size with sun coming in during the day.
The apartment was tastefully furnished, roomy and was well serviced by the staff daily.
Our only problems were the cold draught in the lounge coming in from the balcony - even with the blinds down and the airconditioning on, and the slight street/traffic noise at night.
Tea & coffee sachets were provide as well as milk.
There were loads of great restaurants and pubs around the building. Great pool, bbq & gym area.
I would certainly stay at the Oaks Festival Towers again and recommend it.

This modern 41 storey building is in a good position in Brisbane CBD with easy walks to shops or river. We were on the 31st floor and had booked a 1 bedroom unit, however when we found our unit it was two bedroomed. Although it had a sun room and balcony, it faced SW so received no sun!! we had a thin view of the river and distant hills between several other close high rises. Sun room window seals were worn and we had a cold draught all the time and had to use a blanket over our feet to keep out the draught when watching TV. Very good facilities with full kitchen and laundry, comfortable bed. Our ensuite bathroom had a poorly laid floor and the walk in shower flowed back into the bathroom as the drain hole was too high!! we were forced to use the other bathroom in the unit.We also had to report a faulty light switch in the ensuite as it would not always switch off. Pity, would not recommend.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that faces the sun!

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay at Oaks Festival Towers.

I am glad to hear that you found our location to be central and in a good postion within walking distance to the river, shopping and restaurants. I have noted your concerns about the window seals, ensuite shower and ensuite light switch.

I wish to advise that corrective action has since been taken and I hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to Oaks Festival Towers in the future.

I stayed here recently with my two children. Thought it was in a great location, being a short walk to the Queen Street mall, a ferry stop, a supermarket, and the botanic gardens. The apartment was modern overall, including the kitchen and bathroom, and it had a great balcony that was nice and large. The king size bed was also comfortable. The only downside was the loungeroom - it was a bit small, but overall that wasn't much of an issue. Staff were prompt and friendly. Would happily recommend it.
