We stayed here for one night on our return trip home. Booked via WotIf and managed to get it on a secret hotel deal.
Room was big and spacious. Clean, had 2 basins, king sized bed, flat screen. Looked great and was stylish.
Managed to get room service just before restaurant close - no problems there, and room service prices very reasonable. Food was also very very good quality. Room service breakfast the next morning was ok as well - small but good nonetheless.
Business centre was ok - a meeting room table, toilets, and 2 computers + free printer access which was useful for printing boarding passes. Internet access via registration - assuming you needed to pay to access internet.
There were only two minor downsides during our stay:
1) I was trying to organise stamps for postcards - the concierge directed me to the newsagent (in the building), but when I got to the newsagent they'd said they didn't have any and couldn't sell any as the post office was across the road and they couldn't get a license to sell stamps. I'd have thought that this should have been known by the concierge team.
2) because it's near an overpass the traffic was slightly noisy in the morning rush. Nothing too loud though so still managed to sleep in.
All in all - really happy with this hotel and would not hesitate in recommending or staying again.More
