This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property, and it represents wonderful value in an excellent location. The rooms are well maintained and the beds offer great comfort and a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This is was my first stay at this Brisbane inner city hotel. I was there for only one night on business and apart from the rather officious porter on arrival it was very much up to standard. Check in was polite and efficient I had one the newer refurbished hotel rooms wish was very well appointed and comfortable, both room and bathroom are spacious, shower was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

My mum and i have stayed here several times to celebrate mothers' day or birthdays. Get a balcony room. Ask for city views. You wont regert it. The church across the way looks amazing when lit up at night. Fantastic location - only two blocks from Queen St Mall so great for hitting the shops. Always found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Beds comfy, nice linen, lots of pillows (a must), bathtub, yummy room service (dinner) and buffet breakfast (highly recommended). You want an egg white omelette for breakfast ? sure - no problem ! We shop a bit, come back and rest, then go shop some more. Valet parking is very handy. Might have to come back with my husband next time as he feels left out. Ha ha.

Room Tip: Get a balcony room. Ask for city views.

I found the hotel staff friendly and efficient. The spot was central and close to Queen St Mall. The rooms and bathroom were big enough and the beds comfortable.

Nice clean rooms and scored the top floor. Is a stones throw from the city. Nice place to stay parking is 30 bucks a day which I suppose is ok given it's multiple entry/ exit

I had a recent overnight stay here and found this to be extremely good value. The rooms were clean, lovely hot showers and very comfortable beds. We had room service breakfast which was served promptly and very enjoyable. The hotels location is perfect- a 3-5 min walk will get you to either central or Roma street train stations and the mall. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

I stay here for business. I particularly like that the rooms are bigger than usual and the wine in the mini bar not over priced. I also love the size of the bathroom. Only caution is that they might try to put you in the citigate side of the hotel which is a huge let down. Overall one of my favourite places to stay. And I travel a lot.
