“Great spot”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2014

We came here for some drinks and tapas and it ended up staying a lot longer.
The cocktails are great. I had the Magrood rak, Bombay infused with Kaffir Lime leaves – fantastic. One of these will make your day!
Great service. Enjoy!

Dropped in for a late dinner at 9pm. Food was great, the Tempura Prawns were the highlight, they were stunning.
Nice atmosphere.

“GREAT experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 28, 2014

We had drinks and dinner here on our first night living in Brisbane. We did not make it our destination; however, we parked the car, walked around a bit and the place caught our eyes. We walked in, were greeted by a very friendly woman, seated at the bar, and served drinks immediately. We enjoyed a leisurely evening of tapas and drinks, conversation with the owner, and a fun time watching a hens party, as well as others enjoying themselves. Great atmosphere, good food, and attentive and friendly service!

“10 out of 10 - FANTASTIC!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 18, 2014

From the boys that bring you Fusian 54 on James Street, comes their latest sensation, DEVOUR, on Brunswick Street directly opposite The Judith Wright Centre.

From the moment you step into this modern slick space, you are welcomed with big smiles from all the staff and owners, a welcoming rarely seen these days. A selection of seating is offered from the street front open air window stools, to the very comfortable lounge and large round dining table which we sat at, makes this Tapas bar, a wonderfully designed use of space.

Service is slick with the options of boutique beers, wines and a huge array of cocktails, with a hint of jazz, blues and golden oldies being played in the background.

Before you say, another Tapas bar, Devour is different. Their twist on asian food, gives you a large selection of modern asian fare from duck wraps to the crunchy prawns, mussels, pork belly to name a few,

Open from 4.30pm, a great stop off after work for their Tuesday Asahi and Clouds for only $5.00! Wednesday their special is $5 Tapas, and Thursdays $4.00 for Asahi beers all night, makes this a MUST DO..

SUMMARY - Don't think about it, GO and sample Fortitude Valley's best Tapas Bar...

P.S - Plenty of free parking at rear
