We stayed in Brisbane Holiday Village for a couple of nights, in one of the Metro cabins, while we were organising an interstate move. The cabin was very clean and well set out with good inclusions and had everything we needed. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the cafe had a good selection of very reasonably priced food. Even the coffee was good!! One thing I really love in a cafe is being able to get anything on the menu at any time of the day, which we could. All the staff were lovely as well. We were also fortunate enough to meet the owners, who were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in a Cosmo cabin and they were the fantastic. Spacious and clean and modern appliances (even Maxwell & Williams dinner settings!!). Comfy beds and 2 flat screen tvs with playstation. The cafe is very handy and the food is delicous and very reasonalby priced. You can either eat at the cafe or have takeaways...TBone steak, chips and salad only cost $11 !! As we were off to the ACDC concert that night...the friendly cafe staff arranged for a pizza to be left in the room for when you got back...that was very handy!! Tennis was free but they do charge $6 per person for putt putt golf. We didnt get time to use the pool...but did have a browse while waiting for our meals and it looked lovely. The village itself is always kept clean and the staff very helpful. Our cabin was near the entrance to the village, but found it to be very quiet !! Location is good...but it is a good 20min walk to the shopping centre.
We only stayed 2 nights...but I will definately stay at the Brisbane Holiday Village again. Highly recommended !!

We stayed in Cosmo Cabin for 4 days and I can confess I was sorry to leave. The cabins are very modern and we felt right at home. The location of the holiday village is great too. Brisbane is only 10-15 min drive away and easily accessible by the bus as well. There is a big shopping centre within 5 min walk. All in all we had a most enjoyable stay and would love to come here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed in one of the Alfresco cabins with our teenager and our 4 year old. There was ample room for the four of us and plenty of cupboard/storage space. The cabin boasted modern appliances and was spotless throughout so it was very inviting. The park facilities were of a high standard, also kept spotless and well maintained. Geographically, the park is ideal it sits in the hub of the freeway interchange. Most theme parks are within 30 min drive and Brisbane City within 15 mins. A trip to Surfers Paradise or Seaworld is around 45 mins. A major shopping precint is within walking distance of the park. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and nothing was a problem for them.

Brisbane Holiday Village has a range of cabins to suit various needs and budgets: From new, well-equipped cabins used primarily for short term accommodation through to the older cabins suitable for long-term, budget accommodation. We booked in for the first six weeks' accommodation for our move to Brisbane. We chose a mid-range 2-bedroom "Corporate Cabin" which we found perfect for the two of us, using the second bedroom as a home-office. Booking was easy and emailed questions were answered immediately.

The business is well run and the grounds and cabins are constantly maintained and upgraded. Staff are very friendly, go out of their way to help and are flexible to guests' needs. It is a great benefit to be able to have post delivered to the holiday village and to have someone always available at reception to sign for packages. The pool and grassed areas are highlights and although cabins are close together there was no problem with neighbours. Brisbane Holiday Village has quick access to Holmead Park which has lovely walks along a creek and children's play areas, and the 15km trip to Brisbane CBD takes 15 minutes by car (off-peak) or 20-25 minutes by bus on the busway (anytime).

After our initial six-week booking ended we were in no rush to move. We considered moving to one of the cheaper cabins but after viewing them decided to stay with our mid-range one. Your needs may differ. We ended up staying on for six months while taking our time to look for permanent accommodation elsewhere. Another benefit this had was to have a local rental reference when applying for other rental accommodation.

I would recommend Brisbane Holiday Village to anyone looking for reasonably-priced, convenient, family-friendly short or long term accommodation with great service.

We recently stayed in one of the Cosmo Cabins, with our 9 month old baby to visit family and friends in Brisbane and was overwhelmed with how modern, clean and well furnished these cabins were. They had everything, plasma tvs, dish washer, cooking facilities, double shower, all the cleaning gear you could want when you have a toddler. Plus parking right next to your cabin under shelter which is bliss when it comes to carrying baby gear. Speaking of baby gear, the Holiday Village even hires out port a cots and high chairs for next to nothing which made the trip just that much easier. Security in the holiday village was excellent, it was a very friendly, safe and clean place to stay, more of a resort than caravan park. Facilities within the park are also outstanding with Putt Putt, kids playgrounds and awesome pool. The staff were also very helpful, we will definitely be staying here each time we visit Brisbane

Brisbane Holiday Village is a perfect place for us to stay when we visit our family in Brisbane. It has everything we need- kiosk for the morning paper, security, playground for the grandchildren and plenty of beautifully maintained grassed areas and gardens. It's also easy to get to which helps after driving 1800 kms from home. We usually travel with our caravan and stay on an ensuite site but recently hired an Alfresco cabin. We love the caravan lifestyle but for a short visit found the cabin most comfortable. I think we timed our holiday rather well when I realised Wimbledon was on and I could watch the tennis on the big TV - That was great.
